This position will coordinate transport and customs operations in close collaboration with the Air & Sea area and Customs teams, while overviewing DHL as a strategic 3PL partner. • functional knowledge to support broader Transport & Customs initiatives. The coordinator will also play a key role in the Aurora implementation, supporting system transition and process alignment. Responsibilities Candidate Profile The coordinator will work with all stakeholders involve planning and executing the flows different sources: Transport & Customs Coordination Coordinate import/export flows across road, air, and sea, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Support DHL
• managed operations, acting as a key interface between internal teams and the 3PL. Ensure visibility and traceability of shipments, proactively resolving issues. Data & Performance Management Maintain and update master data in DAX (lead times, delivery windows, cost/kg). Monitor DHL performance (OTD, temperature compliance, cost efficiency). Analyze transport costs and create visual reports to support decision
• making. Operational Excellence Collaborate with IBP and MPS teams to align loading programs and resolve escalations. Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with destination requirements. Propose process improvements to enhance service and reduce waste. Strategic Support Contribute to the development of scalable transport models adaptable to future growth. Assess flexibility of switching between logistics providers (e.g., DHL, DSV). Support Aurora rollout by aligning transport processes and integrations.
