Position Summary The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position combines front-desk responsibility, office management, employee welfare coordination, and cross-departmental support in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, people-facing role. Key Responsibilities * Manage front desk operations, including welcoming guests, coordinating parking, and accompanying external vendors and suppliers. * Ensure the office environment is well-maintained, organized, and meets high professional standards. * Oversee office supplies, kitchen management, food services, cleaning, and maintenance, while managing budgets responsibly. * Foster a pleasant, welcoming, and positive workplace atmosphere. * Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Management team, as needed. * Coordinate international travel logistics and prepare related reports. * Operate the attendance system and manage attendance tracking and reporting. * Plan, coordinate, and execute employee welfare activities and social events, including holidays, birthdays, cake meetings, and other initiatives. * Create engaging and creative content and materials for welfare activities and social events. * Support the HR Director and assist with departmental initiatives as needed. * Prepare and maintain training and onboarding files; support the onboarding process for new employees. * Work closely with multiple stakeholders and interfaces across the organization in a diverse and evolving role. Qualifications * Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role, preferably in a global technology company. * Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)- Must * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field — an advantage. * Proven ability to multitask and work with multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment. * High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. * Experience using Canva for content creation. * Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Highly service-oriented with a consistently positive and professional attitude. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills with a proactive, “can-do” mindset.
