Customer Support Manager | Ashdod, Israel | ELTA Systems IAI We are looking for a Customer Support Manager to join the Intelligence, C4I and EW organization at ELTA Systems. This role combines customer facing responsibility with technical and contractual ownership. The position includes:
• Responsibility for managing a unified maintenance contract covering three projects
• Providing solutions to business customers, including ongoing customer support, preparation of price quotes, order processing, contractual reports and management meetings
• Providing technical support through activation of internal hardware, software and system teams within the division
• Travel for management and maintenance meetings and on site technical support for customers What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering required
• Additional degree in Business Administration is an advantage
• Three to five years of experience in project management, including team management and or systems engineering
• Proven experience working with international customers required
• High level of English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking required
• Approximately five years of experience in maintenance of systems such as ELINT or COMINT is an advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad Good to know: This is a challenging role as the lead customer support project manager under a long term maintenance contract. The position requires creative thinking while maintaining strict adherence to contract terms, as well as the ability to manage negotiations for additional engagements with existing customers. The work is both technically and commercially oriented, with full responsibility for managing all aspects of customer support across multiple customers.
