Petah Tikva| Full-Time Octally Integration is a leading systems integration and outsourcing partner for enterprise customers across High-Tech, Finance, Government, and Defense sectors. We specialize in delivering scalable workforce solutions and strategic IT services that drive innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth within our outsourcing activity. This position involves managing end-to-end sales processes and maintaining ongoing partnerships with large organizations. Key Responsibilities * Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, opportunity mapping, account planning, deal closure * Manage and expand relationships with enterprise clients * Identify and develop new business opportunities * Conduct proactive outreach / cold calls to generate leads * Oversee client retention, employee welfare, and ongoing account management * Work toward defined sales targets and KPIs * Strengthen engagement within existing accounts Requirements * Proven experience managing outsourcing units with dozens of employees * Minimum 3 years of sales experience with high-tech companies / large enterprises – Must * Minimum 3 years managing recruitment / sales / account management teams * Experience selling to end clients in High-Tech, Finance, Government, or Defense sectors * Strong understanding of system integration / IT solutions landscape * Bachelor’s degree (HR / Humanities or related field) * High level of English – Must * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills * Results-driven mindset and experience working with targets * Willingness to travel to Jerusalem occasionally
