We are a fast-growing digital commerce and marketing organization operating high-traffic online platforms. We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to drive growth across our eCommerce and marketing websites by managing paid acquisition channels, analyzing performance data, optimizing key KPIs, and improving conversion through continuous testing and funnel optimization. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, build, and manage paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and paid social channels. * Own budget allocation and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI / ROAS and efficient growth. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance and funnel KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention indicators). * Identify opportunities to scale campaigns through targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing page improvements. * Lead continuous testing initiatives (A/B tests, funnel experiments, audience testing). * Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and analytics teams to improve conversion and customer journey. * Create performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. * Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and acquisition. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing / growth roles (preferably in eCommerce or consumer-facing digital products). * Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid social platforms (Meta/TikTok/others – advantage). * Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI tools. * Proven ability to optimize and scale campaigns based on data and performance insights. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with CRO / funnel optimization processes – advantage. * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify / Magento / WooCommerce or similar) – advantage.
