Comblack is Hiring a Project Manager & System Analyst! Requirements: * Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems * At least 4 years of experience managing multidisciplinary software development projects * Proven experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst * Experience in client meetings, needs identification, and writing specification documents * Experience in analyzing business requirements and converting them into functional and technical specifications * Experience leading development teams, planning schedules, and managing matrix organizations * Experience in project Gantt chart planning at a high level * Experience managing project budgets, identifying bottlenecks, and yearly planning * Experience with Agile/Lean management methodologies – an advantage * Strong rhetorical and presentation skills, initiative, motivation, innovation, teamwork ability, and client focus
