• מספר אופציות למשמרות מגוונות! תיאור משרה תיאור התפקיד: ניהול ישיר של כלל העובדים במשמרת כולל דיווחי נוכחות ושימור עובדים. בניית סידור עבודה לפי תחנות, ווידוא עמידה ביעדים פר תחנה. שמירה והקפדה על כללי הבטיחות במשמרת, כולל ביצוע תחקירים. ווידוא עבודה על פי נהלי/פרוצדורות איכות
• בקרה על ביצוע בדיקות שגרתיות בקו וביצוע תחקירים ופעולות מתקנות בעקבות תחקיר. הובלת תהליכי שיפור והתייעלות כולל פרויקטי חיסכון. ניתוח ביצועים יומיים על עמידה ביעדים היומיים. דרישות דרישות התפקיד: ניסיון ניהולי במפעל ייצרני של שנה לפחות

• with several options for diverse shift schedules! Responsibilities (English) Direct management of all employees during the shift, including attendance reporting and employee retention. Building the work schedule according to stations and ensuring achievement of station
• specific targets. Maintaining and enforcing safety procedures during the shift, including conducting investigations. Ensuring work is performed according to quality procedures/protocols
• monitoring routine line inspections and conducting investigations and corrective actions as needed. Leading continuous improvement and efficiency processes, including cost‑saving projects. Analyzing daily performance to track achievement of daily targets. Qualifications (English) At least one year of managerial experience in a manufacturing plant
• mandatory Experience working with computerized systems and proficiency in Office applications
