Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Call Center Manager to lead a high-performing team targeting the U.S. market. Responsibilities: * Manage, mentor, and motivate a sales call center team * Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality sales performance * Monitor KPIs, optimize processes, and execute effective sales strategies * Collaborate with international teams and operate in alignment with U.S. market hours Requirements: * Proven experience managing a sales call center
