Call Center Manager | American Hours Location: Har Tuv / Beit Shemesh, Israel (In-office only) Schedule: Sunday/Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Fluent English Required. Ephoca is hiring a Call Center Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead and develop a team of agents, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
