If you want something comfortable and predictable, this probably is not. What You Step Into? As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will sit close to revenue. You will work directly with advertisers and publishers, monitor real campaign performance, understand payout structures, analyze user funnels, and help optimize results. You will see how monetization actually works from the inside. You are not here to observe. You are here to contribute. This role gives you early commercial exposure. The faster you prove yourself, the more ownership you get. What Your Days Will Look Like? Partner Communication Maintain direct, ongoing communication with partners. Build trust and position Torox as a serious long-term partner. Performance Ownership Monitor campaigns, analyze KPIs, detect performance shifts, and propose improvements. Revenue Growth Identify scaling opportunities within existing accounts and help maximize revenue potential. Operational Precision Ensure campaigns are set up correctly, tracked accurately, and optimized consistently. Problem Solving Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve issues quickly and efficiently. The Environment We operate fast. Decisions move quickly. Expectations are high.
