We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our Missile and Space Systems Division. What will you do: * Lead quality activities throughout all project phases: development, testing, production, and customer service. * Coordinate all multidisciplinary quality aspects with management, engineering, production, and customers. * Apply a systematic approach to problem-solving. * Be familiar with quality standards, such as AS91
00. * Write quality plans. * Manage review committees and deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Approve surveys and milestones for KPIs. What We're Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Materials Engineering – mandatory. * At least 3 years of experience in engineering/quality engineering – mandatory. * Experience in the military or aviation sectors – a significant advantage. * Experience transferring from development to production – advantageous. * Certified Quality Engineer – advantageous. * Proficiency in English at a high level.
