About the Role Lead end-to-end development of advanced financial services within IBI SMART mobile app at IBI R&D Labs. Transform business vision into winning digital products through strategic product management and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: * Manage complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and performance analysis * Write comprehensive PRDs and lead cross-organizational collaboration (UX/UI, dev, QA, legal, compliance) * Conduct market research and competitive analysis in fintech * Drive Agile processes: backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization * Perform data-driven optimization and own UAT before production release Qualifications: * 3+ years as Product Manager focused on Native mobile apps (iOS & Android) * Strong advantage: Fintech/investment/capital markets experience * Deep familiarity with fintech ecosystems and digital finance solutions * Hands-on experience with MixPanel and Figma * Proficiency in Agile, Jira, and Confluence * Strong technical specification skills Core skills: * Exceptional attention to detail with strategic big-picture thinking * Excellence in managing complex stakeholder relationships * Creative problem-solving with strong business acumen * Self-directed learning and independent project management * Understanding of regulatory/legal aspects of digital financial product
