We are looking for a detail-oriented, technicall and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end purchasing processes, work closely with R&D, production, and finance teams, and ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of materials and services to support XTEND’s rapid growth and production scale. Key Responsibilities * Manage RFQs, supplier selection, price negotiations, purchase orders (POs), and end-to-end delivery tracking. * Source electronic components, mechanical parts, and services based on engineering and production requirements. * Review and interpret technical drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure accurate procurement. * Work closely with R&D, Operations, and Finance to meet project timelines and cost targets. * Monitor supplier performance, lead times, pricing, and quality; build and maintain strong relationships with local and global vendors. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records within the Priority ERP system. * Support cost-reduction initiatives and drive continuous improvement in purchasing workflows. Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within the High-Tech, Defence, or Manufacturing industries. * Technical Expertise: Proven experience in purchasing electronic components and mechanical assemblies – Must. * Reading Drawings: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications * Deep, hands-on experience with Priority ERP – Must. * Strong negotiation, multitasking, and organizational skills with high attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. * Fluent in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken). * High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.). Nice to Have * Familiarity with global import/export regulations and defense-related compliance. * Background in engineering support or production planning. * Experience with global supplier scouting and supply chain risk management.
