We’re Hiring – Join Our Technology Transformation Journey! Our Technology Division is leading a large-scale transformation strategy across work processes, with a strong focus on business–technology integration. This role combines business and technological leadership, with a process-oriented, systemic, and product-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: * Accompany and support delivery teams to achieve goals, improve performance and productivity, and accelerate delivery * Analyze, optimize, and improve processes, with an emphasis on adopting and implementing advanced tools, automation, Agile practices, and technological infrastructures * Identify bottlenecks, constraints, and bureaucratic processes, and work closely with relevant stakeholders to remove them * Create a shared language and structure within a dynamic, evolving technology environment * Own and manage the divisional JIRA system from a Product Manager perspective Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems, or equivalent relevant professional experience * Strong business and technological orientation, with experience in process improvement within Agile technology environments and leading complex projects * At least 2 years of hands-on experience in process improvement or leading significant organizational changes in large companies * (advantage for technology-driven organizations) * Deep familiarity with JIRA – minimum level of Business Admin * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle * Ability to write procedures and documentation * Experience as a PMO * Experience with implementation and change adoption processes Looking for a role with real impact, cross-organizational influence, and the opportunity to drive meaningful change?
