– החלפה לחל"ד (לפחות ל 9 חודשים) תיאור משרה * תכלול והובלה של כלל תהליכי הלמידה והפיתוח הארגוני, בהתאם לתוכנית עבודה שנתית (כגון: הערכת ביצועים, סקר ארגוני, הדרכות מקצועיות, קהילות מקצועיות וכו') * ייזום והובלת פתרונות ופרוייקטי למידה חוצי-מפעלים בהתאם לצרכים עסקיים משתנים * שיפור מתמיד של תהליכי למידה והסמכה והטמעת מתודולוגיות וטכנולוגיות למידה חדשניים * ליווי מקצועי של אחראיות ההדרכה במפעלים – חניכה, פיתוח מקצועי, והבטחת סטנדרטיזציה ואחידות בתהליכים * ניהול תוכנית מסלולי התפתחות וקריירה * עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים מגוונים בישראל ובעולם ומול שותפים בחברת פפסיקו העולמית – משאבי אנוש, מנהלים, איכות, בטיחות וכו' דרישות * ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בלמידה ארגונית / פיתוח ארגוני / הדרכה – חובה * ניסיון בליווי והנחיית צוותים מקצועיים * היכרות עם כלים טכנולוגיים בלמידה * יכולת ניהול פרויקטים משלב איתור הצורך ועד להוצאה לפועל של הפתרון * יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה, חשיבה מערכתית ויכולת הנעה של ממשקים * ניסיון בעבודה גלובלית – יתרון * שליטה מלאה באנגלית – קריאה, כתיבה, דיבור Overview (English) New job opportunity in SodaStream, part of PepsiCo group: Learning and Development Expert #Sodastream Full responsibility for learning and organizational development processes across SodaStream’s manufacturing sites in Israel and Globally. * Temporary maternity leaves coverage role (minimum 9 months) Responsibilities (English) * Lead and coordinate all learning and organizational development processes, according to the annual work plan, including performance evaluations, organizational surveys, and more. * Initiate and lead cross-site learning projects and solutions in response to evolving business needs. * Continuously improving learning and certification processes, implementing innovative methodologies and learning technologies. * Provide professional guidance to plants training referents – coaching, professional development, and ensuring standardization and consistency across sites. * Manage career and development path programs * Collaborate with diverse stakeholders in Israel, Global teams and PepsiCo's TM teams – HR, managers, quality, safety, and more. Qualifications (English) * At least 5 years of experience in organizational learning, development, or training – mandatory. * Proven experience in mentoring and guiding professional training teams. * Familiarity with learning technologies and tools. * Strong project management skills – from needs identification to solution implementation. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, think systemically, and drive cross-functional collaboration. * Global Experience
