The Opportunity We are looking for a Facilities & Operations Lead to support the daily operations and ongoing maintenance of a portfolio of client offices. This role is highly operational and service-oriented, combining hands-on field work, direct client communication, and close coordination with service providers. The position is dynamic and flexible, and includes regular movement between sites in the central region. Responsibilities * Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned clients * Maintain continuous communication with clients and ensure high service levels * Manage and monitor day-to-day maintenance and operational activities in client offices * Handle maintenance requests, follow-ups, and issue resolution end-to-end * Coordinate technicians, handyman teams, and external service providers * Conduct routine site visits, inspections, and quality checks * Track changes, inspections, and updates across client assets and workspaces * Ensure issues are handled efficiently, professionally, and on time * Manage schedules, priorities, and tasks across multiple sites * Identify recurring issues and suggest operational improvements Requirements: Requirements * At least 2 years of hands-on experience in facilities, operations, property management, or service-oriented operational roles * Hands-on, field-oriented mindset with strong execution skills * High level of organization, order, and attention to detail * Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to understand operational processes and work independently * Service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal communication skills * Proactive, responsible, and solution-driven * Willingness and availability to travel between sites in the central area If you are a practical operator who enjoys working closely with clients, solving problems in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly on the ground, we would love to meet you.
