• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technology roles
• Screen, review, and evaluate CVs according to role requirements
• Conduct in-depth phone and face-to-face interviews
• Work closely with clients to understand business needs and hiring goals
• Accompany candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Maintain high-quality candidate experience and professional standards
• Continuously learn market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (Human Resources / Social Sciences / Psychology or related fields)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technology recruitment – mandatory
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of independence, ownership, and accountability
• Proactive mindset with a strong Get Things Done approach
