Prytek is hiring an experienced Investment Banker for a central role in the company's activity in Israel. The role includes sourcing and screening investment opportunities, market analysis, and ongoing management of relationships with investors in Israel and with the parent company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, map, and screen investment opportunities in the Israeli market
* Conduct market analysis and track industry trends, including risk and opportunity assessment
* Manage ongoing investor relationships – engagement, updates, trust-building
* Work closely with the parent company on strategic alignment and reporting
* Prepare investment materials: analyses, investment memos, market comparisons, financials
* Support due diligence processes
* Provide regular pipeline progress reporting to management

Requirements
* Relevant degree
* Minimum 5 years of experience in investments / investment banking / M&A / venture capital
* Native-level English and native-level Hebrew
* Russian – an advantage
* Proven experience working with local and international investors
* Strong analytical and financial capabilities
* Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with senior parent-company stakeholders
