Governance & Security: Implement data security, compliance, and quality frameworks to ensure a "single source of truth." BI & Analytics: Manage the full BI lifecycle, delivering executive dashboards and self
• service tools across Finance, Ops, and Sales to drive data literacy. Requirements B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 6+ years in Data Engineering or Data Architecture, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or lead
• engineer role. 3+ years in a team lead or technical leadership capacity with direct reports. Proven track record delivering enterprise data warehouse or BI platform implementations in manufacturing or industrial environments. Technical Stack: Proven expertise in cloud data environments (Azure/AWS), SQL, Python, and modern orchestration tools. Foundational Experience: Demonstrated experience in building a Data Lake or Data Warehouse from scratch. English
