Zafran is looking for an experienced Data Integrations Team Lead to manage and grow our integrations team. This is a highly technical and challenging role at the heart of our platform, requiring a deep understanding of data, APIs, and Security tools architecture. The role involves managing engineers while solving complex data and scalability challenges across a variety of products and systems. What you will do: * Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on core data integrations. * Design, implement, and maintain integrations between multiple products and systems via APIs. * Solve complex data and scalability challenges, ensuring the platform efficiently handles large volumes of data. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs. * Define best practices for data handling, API usage, and integration workflows. * Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of integrated systems. Requirements: * Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams. * Strong technical background in data management, APIs, and integrations. * Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role is a plus. * Deep understanding of data pipelines, data structures, and system integrations. * Ability to handle high-complexity challenges in data and scalability. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment. * Prior experience in designing integrations in enterprise or SaaS environments. * Familiarity with analytics or reporting systems.
