Job Description * Lead the PMO and operations domain in a global SAP environment, with full responsibility for ServiceNow (S.NOW) as the control center. * Manage day-to-day tasks and incidents, ensure data accuracy and integrity, coordinate critical events in real-time, and lead release and control processes for production versions. * Work with global teams, manage the CCB forum, and track schedules and milestones. * Generate management reports, manage users, and maintain system documentation. Requirements: * Proven experience as a PMO in a global SAP environment (familiarity with Basis, transport management, and development cycles). * Experience with ticketing/service management systems such as Jira or ServiceNow. * Strong written and verbal communication skills for daily work with global teams. * Experience managing schedules, strong problem escalation skills, and ability to exercise authority when needed. * Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow (S.NOW), including log analysis and managing complex tasks – a significant advantage.
