We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join Lahav – Aviation Structures, part of IAI’s Aviation Division. The position includes:
• Working with multiple functions across the organization – from production and assembly line employees and inspectors to senior management
• Ongoing interaction with customers, participation in design reviews, preventive action committees, and investigations
• Leading quality activities at the project level, including planning, monitoring, and control
• Analyzing and improving processes, preparing project quality reports, driving continuous improvement, and addressing customer complaints
• Leading resolution of quality issues, planning and implementing inspection and control methods, and supporting system-level quality planning What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – mandatory
• Technical understanding and capabilities, including the ability to read drawings and analyze field issues – significant advantage
• Experience in the aerospace industry – significant advantage
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) – advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering – advantage
