We are looking for Elbit Systems is looking for an Industrial Engineer to join the PMO team at the Aerospace Division site in Haifa In this role you will Build project work plans and schedules Create integrated project plans by analyzing and connecting work interfaces within content planning Manage project work plans and define critical paths while collaborating with program leadership teams Track and monitor project progress and performance against defined goals Support project budget management Measure KPIs, manage risks, and provide periodic management status reports Requirements B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management Previous experience in PMO roles Hands-on experience with MS Project and Excel Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with multiple organizational stakeholders Analytical mindset and ability to present conclusions and insights at executive forums Independent work style and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Systemic vision and strong analytical capabilities Only relevant applications will be answered #Haifa
