Paid Media Buyer — E-commerce (Meta & Google Ads) About Us Thing or Two is a growth agency for e-commerce brands. We run paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and TikTok. Small team. Multiple brands. Real ownership. The Role We're hiring a Media Buyer to manage paid campaigns across 3-5 e-commerce accounts. Primary focus: Meta Ads and Google Ads. You'll own performance end-to-end — launching, optimizing, diagnosing problems, and knowing when to push or pull back. This isn't a junior role. We need someone who's managed real budgets, made mistakes, and learned from them. What You'll Do
• Manage Meta and Google ad accounts for multiple e-commerce brands
• Launch, test, and optimize campaigns across platforms
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and fix them — or cut them
• Collaborate with creative team on ad concepts and briefs
• Manage budgets and make daily optimization decisions
• Report on performance with insights, not just data dumps Who You Are
• 2+ years managing Meta Ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
• Solid experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• You've scaled campaigns — and killed ones that weren't working
• Can explain why something stopped performing
• Comfortable managing multiple accounts independently
• Understands e-commerce metrics: CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin
• TikTok Ads experience — a plus, not required
