This is not an "Account Management" role. The Role: * Revenue Leadership: Full ownership of the commercial P&L for Ice’s social channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok). * Pure Hunting: Proactively identifying and engaging with CMOs and C-level executives. You don’t wait for leads; you create them through strategic outreach. * Creative "Pitching": You don’t sell banners; you sell "The Hook." You’ll develop tailor-made branded content concepts that bridge the gap between our premium news audience and the client's business goals. * End-to-End Execution: Leading the full sales cycle—from cold outreach and creative brainstorming to final closing and performance analysis.
