Role Description * Managing a team of ~5 System Administrators * Hands-on work with IT infrastructure, networking, and virtualization * Providing technical guidance and day-to-day support to the team * Working across diverse systems and environments Qualifications * At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator * Team leadership / management experience * Experience with virtualization * Experience with networking (switches, firewalls) * Experience working with Windows environments * Linux – strong advantage * Willingness to take ownership and be available when needed
