Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Global Marketing Communications to drive the global market narrative, translating our innovations, new products and capabilities into compelling business value messaging for customers, partners, analysts, and investors. The candidate will play a major role in strengthening the company’s brand visibility and global market positioning. Key Responsibilities * Define and execute the company’s global MARCOM strategy, aligning corporate messaging with business objectives and product innovation * Develop and lead the company’s market positioning and messaging across products, solutions, and key market segments * Translate complex engineering capabilities into clear, differentiated customer value propositions * Lead strategic communication for product launches, working closely with Product Management, R&D, and Sales * Oversee corporate communications including press releases, media relations and analyst presentations * Drive a strong and consistent global brand presence across digital platforms, corporate website, and marketing channels * Lead the company’s participation and visibility at major industry events such as SEMICON and other key semiconductor conferences * Support global sales teams with high-impact sales tools and compelling presentations * Develop executive-level presentations and marketing materials that clearly communicate the company’s strategy, technology leadership, and value proposition Qualifications * Proven expertise in marketing communications, product positioning, and messaging development in global Hi-tech companies * Experience working in a publicly traded company, preferably listed on NASDAQ * Demonstrated ability to translate complex technologies into clear, differentiated market * messaging * Strong hands-on capability in preparing high-quality presentations and marketing materials, with a solid understanding of visual communication and graphic design principles * Experience in leading global product launches and industry events * Background in the semiconductor industry – an advantage * Technical background * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Reports to the Strategic Marketing Director
