We are looking for a Researcher the biology research team in the preclinical department. As a Researcher you will be part of basic scientific research for the identification of the responses to electric fields in the molecular and cellular levels. This is a full time position in our R&D center, Haifa, Israel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Effective experimental planning, preparation of protocols, conductance of experiments according to protocol, documentation of the results, interpretation of the results and preparation of a summary report in accordance with the highest scientific standards * Must be highly detail oriented and very well organized * Responsible for performing in vitro experiments according to good laboratory practice * Maintain personal and other employee’s safety QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE: Qualifications: * PhD in biological sciences Knowledge: * Experience in cell culture practice * Experience in flow cytometry * Experience in confocal microscopy * Knowledge in the research practice of cancer is an advantage * Excellent technical and analytical skills * Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy * Organized and responsible * Teamwork skills * Written and oral communication skills ABOUT NOVOCURE: Our vision Patient-forward: aspiring to make a difference in cancer.
