Lead the engineering definition and architecture of the company’s systems, bridging between various development disciplines while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and performance targets. This role requires a broad system-level perspective among hands-on engineering involvement, and is suited for an experienced candidate who can work across disciplines and lead complex engineering processes in a hands-on approach. Responsibilities * Define system requirements and architecture for company systems * Lead engineering decisions and perform trade-offs across multiple disciplines * Hands-on engineering involvement with development teams and support of implemented solutions * Coordinate and integrate across electronics, software, mechanics, and algorithms teams * Technical management of system-level subcontractors * Write system requirements and architecture documents * Develop test plans and validation documents * Support system integration and testing processes * Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks * Troubleshoot complex system issues throughout the product lifecycle Requirements * At least 3 years of experience in systems engineering for complex systems * Practical Engineer (Engineering Technician) or B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering * 5+ years of experience in design and editing of electronic boards
