Why Join Us? We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Specialist to join our Global Real Estate team. The ideal candidate is passionate about leading real estate projects, managing complex processes, and tackling challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in understanding the market, reading blueprints and layouts, budget management, and negotiation. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success. You will work closely on high-impact projects, ensuring they align with the company's operational needs while paying close attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Global Real Estate * Manage local and overseas construction project progress to ensure the highest level of quality * Multiple construction projects and the associated deliverables from initiation to closeout * International facilities site visits (travel required) * Manage project’s cost in a detailed aspect and ongoing monitoring of all projects related invoices and payment milestones * Manage Check Point’s real estate budget, making sure that investments and expenses are aligned with the company budget. * Project related presentations to company’s management and ongoing detailed updates * Ongoing communication with office and country managers to ensure the highest satisfaction level from facilities * Liaise with finance team (accounting) for all payment related matters i.e invoices, refunds related to lease and construction. * Coordinate with the legal department to execute all legal documents. New Campus Project * Track approved project work plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and key milestones * Prepare weekly status updates for executive leadership meetings * Monitor task execution * Build comparison tables and support decision-making processes * Coordinate and schedule discussions with internal and external stakeholders * Support contract processes and follow up with the legal department * Track contract status and ensure timely progress and approvals * Document meeting summaries and drive follow-ups with relevant stakeholders * Maintain a centralized project tracker/dashboard to ensure visibility across all workstreams * Support budget tracking and assist in monitoring project-related expenses * Ensure all project documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date * Coordinate site visits, logistics, and preparations for key project milestones * Follow up on key deliverables to ensure deadlines are met Qualifications * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Structural Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture/Economics/Industrial Engineering * 2-5 years of business experience, preferably in real estate or purchasing in global companies * English – excellent verbal and written skills (other languages
– an advantage) * Analytical skills- high knowledge of Excel is a must * Ability to prioritize and work under great pressure * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Strong writing, communication and project/time management skills * Ability to work independently on multiple projects * Excellent attention to details * Ability to travel
