Known for reducing construction time, costs, and material waste, Laycon ensures consistent structural accuracy and more predictable timelines. The technology caters to private homes, residential developments, and public or utility structures, fostering a shift from manual to automated construction. Role Description This is a role for an Architect at Laycon, based in Israel. The Architect will design and oversee construction projects using the innovative 3DCP technology. This is not standard architectural work. This is hands-on involvement in projects where technology, design, and execution meet. What you’ll do * Design residential and structural projects optimized for automated 3D concrete printing. * Work in a full BIM workflow (Revit → execution). * Develop repeatable and scalable architectural models. * Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and technology teams. * Take an active role in shaping the first projects of their kind in Israel. This is a core role, not a typical external consultant position, but part of the internal team building the foundation of the initiative. What we’re looking for * Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Revit (must). * Strong experience in private residential planning. * Creative thinking and the ability to translate design into buildable solutions. * Real understanding of construction processes, not just conceptual design. * Motivation to take ownership and make real impact.
