We are looking for a Marketing Manager with an engineering background in wireless communications to join ELTA’s Intelligence, C4I, Cyber & Electronic Warfare Division. The position includes:
• Leading internal and external marketing processes, including responses to tenders, preparation of technical specifications, and technical and commercial proposals
• Managing cross-organizational activities with engineering, finance, and legal teams to meet customer requirements and present tailored solutions
• Leading and participating in ELTA’s exhibitions and conferences, including booth management and opportunity identification
• Providing customer-oriented solutions based on ELTA’s product portfolio
• Leading marketing activities in alignment with the manager’s roadmap
• Identifying new leads and business opportunities and managing the full marketing process end-to-end What we’re looking for:
• Academic degree in engineering or a technological field – mandatory
• MBA – an advantage
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or marketing management in the international market
• Familiarity with the military communications market – an advantage
• High level of English proficiency
• Additional languages – an advantage
• Background in wireless communications in general and cellular communications in particular – an advantage
• Technical background in system engineering of complex electronic systems, especially RF systems – an advantage Good to know: ELTA is a global leader in defense communications, serving customers in Israel and worldwide.
