About the practice Firon Law Firm is one of Israel’s leading law firms in the fields of real estate and real estate finance. Over the years the Firm led the largest, most diverse and complex real estate financing deals in the Israeli economy. The financing team in the Firm’s Real Estate, Infrastructures and Project Finance Department has deep knowledge and experience in representing and providing full comprehensive service in financing deals, both on behalf of the financing entity and on behalf of the developer and lender. The Department’s lawyers have special expertise in all the legal elements involved in real estate financing transactions, and have gained major acknowledgments by representing the leading financing entities: banks, institutional entities, investment funds, private financing bodies, by advising on all aspects of project financing in the capital market e.g. through issuance of bonds relating to the project’s assets in the form of a dedicated trust deed (collaborating with the Firm’s Securities & Capital Markets’ Department).
