Role Description This is a full-time on-site Textile Designer position based in Haifa. The Textile Designer will be responsible for creating innovative textile designs, selecting materials, and ensuring high-quality production output. Daily tasks include researching current trends, developing design concepts, curating palettes, and collaborating with the production team to bring ideas to life. The role will also involve presenting design proposals to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and market demands. Qualifications * Design skills: Expertise in textile design, proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and the ability to create innovative patterns and fabric prints. * Technical skills: Knowledge of materials, weaving, and dyeing processes, along with familiarity with production techniques and fabric construction. * Research and trend analysis: Ability to track market trends, conduct research, and translate insights into unique and market-relevant designs. * Communication and collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manufacturers, and clients. * Other relevant qualifications: A degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field with previous textile design experience preferred. Practical knowledge of sustainable materials and eco-friendly design processes is a plus.
