Job description below Affiliate Marketing Team Leader Experienced, Assertive & Target-Oriented Kfar Saba, Israel | Full-Time, Onsite We’re looking for a motivated, assertive, and success-driven Affiliate Marketing Team Leader to join our office in Kfar Saba. If you’re an experienced affiliate professional with strong leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal skills, and a hunger to grow and lead a high-performing team this role is for you. About the Role As the Affiliate Marketing Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for managing both client partnerships and team performance. You’ll set the tone, define goals, and ensure efficient, organized, and data-driven work that drives scalable success. What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a team of affiliate managers, setting clear goals and monitoring their execution. Build and grow affiliate partnerships with a strong focus on ROI and long-term value. Identify and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and strategic traffic sources. Analyze performance data and oversee optimizations across multiple campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (media, creative, tech) to ensure campaign success. Negotiate competitive deals, manage budgets, and identify new opportunities for growth. Create a structured, efficient workflow within the team and lead with clarity and confidence. Represent the team in strategy meetings and provide insight on affiliate marketing trends. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing must have. Proven team leadership or mentoring experience strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you're a natural relationship-builder. Assertive personality with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate others. Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work. Strong analytical mindset confident in interpreting data and making strategic decisions. Goal-driven, competitive, and thrives under pressure to deliver results. Mobile app marketing experience a plus. Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, etc.). Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages an advantage. Full-time role based in our Kfar Saba office.
