A leading company in the field of power supplies and communication systems, specializing in the development and manufacturing of customized power solutions for military, civil aviation, and space applications, is seeking a Project Manager to join the Project Management team within the R&D Division. Role Description: * End-to-end project management responsibility. * Development, tracking, and control of project schedules. * Leading project activities in close collaboration with development teams. * Independent task management and execution. * Working with multiple cross-functional interfaces across the organization. * Project risk management, including identification, analysis, and mitigation. Requirements: * Academic degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management – mandatory. * Experience in a manufacturing and/or defense-related organization – mandatory. * High proficiency in MS Office, including MS Project – mandatory. * High level of English (written and spoken). * Engineering background and experience in electronics – advantage.
