Responsibilities: * Design and develop new hardware components and systems for solar energy products. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications. * Conduct testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure functionality and reliability. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues during the development and production phases. * Document design processes and create detailed hardware specifications for manufacturing. * Participate in the continuous improvement of hardware development processes and methodologies. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 3+ years of experience in hardware design and development. * Proficiency in using CAD software for circuit design. * Experience with testing and validation of hardware components. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) principles. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
