Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent, located in Haifa. The Sales Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Regular tasks include consulting clients about products and services, processing orders, and assisting with inquiries related to insurance policies. The role will require collaboration with the team to ensure clients receive the most appropriate product recommendations and training information. Qualifications * Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively. * Proven Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities. * Basic understanding or experience with Insurance processes, ensuring smooth order handling and customer transactions. * Organizational skills and a proactive approach to support client Training needs. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a professional demeanor in a client-facing environment. * Proficiency in relevant software tools or CRM systems is advantageous. * Previous experience in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus. * Fluency in Hebrew and English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
