This is a full-time position
– not hybrid Responsibilities: * Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems. * Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies. * Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing. * Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing. * Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity. * Implement automation of testing processes where applicable. * Train and professionally manage the testing team. * Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement. Requirements: * 5-7 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. * Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing. * Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM). * Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing. * Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript). * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks. * Ability to lead and manage technical teams. * Experience with cloud-based systems or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
