Applications Manager
– SAP A leading, global and well-established consumer goods company is seeking a Business Applications Manager
– SAP Role Responsibilities: * Overall responsibility for managing the company’s operational systems across all departments * Managing a team of approximately 50 employees, including managers, with full accountability for optimal departmental performance * Ownership of various application systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP * Leading cross-organizational projects and business processes, including planning, coordination, and execution with multiple internal stakeholders * Driving methodologies, workflows, operational routines, customer management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives * Ensuring ongoing user support, issue resolution, user training, and the implementation of new processes and systems Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another relevant field * At least 3 years of experience in a similar management role within a global industrial company * Proven hands-on experience and deep knowledge of SAP – mandatory * Strong ability to analyze, manage, and lead business processes and projects * High level of English – mandatory * Strong leadership and people management skills
