Korentec, a software company based in Kiryat Bialik, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (End-to-End) Your role will include:
• End-to-end recruitment for technology positions – from sourcing to offer
• Close collaboration with hiring managers
• Hands-on sourcing on LinkedIn (mandatory) and additional recruitment platforms
• Managing candidate experience throughout the full hiring process What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience in technical recruitment
• Strong, hands-on experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn sourcing – must
• High interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
