About The Role Innoviz’s Supply Chain team leads Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Planning across the organization. We’re looking for a talented Strategic Buyer to lead and manage the commercial relationships with Innoviz’s direct strategic suppliers. In this role, you will own sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, and long-term supplier development—playing a critical role in scaling production and supporting the company’s global growth. What You’ll Do * Locate and develop new sources of supply (Optics and Mechanics) * Work closely with internal stakeholders to steer supplier selection and leverage preferred suppliers for competitive pricing * Manage long-term supplier readiness and capacity to support Innoviz demand * Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms, and conditions * Analyze supplier quotations and contractual terms * Develop and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships * Conduct supplier performance evaluations (KPIs, scorecards) and supplier assessments (QBRs) Requirements * At least 4 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer or Commodity Manager * Proven experience leading contract drafting and end-to-end negotiations (Must) * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint * Willingness to travel abroad (up to 25% of the time) (Must) * Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under pressure * Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize the needs of internal and external stakeholders Bonus Points * Technical understanding of Mechanical and/or Optical segments * Experience working with ERP systems (Priority – advantage) * 2–3 years of experience in additional supply chain roles * Experience working in global, cross-functional environments * Background in industrial, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing environments Why Join Innoviz?
