Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Support Representative, located in Petah Tikva. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, assisting with troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Daily tasks will also involve resolving issues efficiently and communicating effectively to provide exceptional support to our clients.
