Job Description Summary We are looking for a second- or third-year student in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics, with approximately two years remaining in their studies, to join us for a part-time role (around 20 hours per week). Job Description As a Business Analyst, you will support financial and operational processes within a global organization. Your responsibilities will include: * Budget control and analysis, including quarterly comparisons and reporting. * Managing the global procurement order system to ensure smooth operations. * Reviewing and reconciling supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance. * Requirements * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * High level of English (written and spoken). * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle / SAP / NetSuite) – advantage. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau) – advantage. * Excellent communication and ability to work with global stakeholders. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, from a recognized or accredited university.
