About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects and initiatives. In this role, you will manage projects from initiation to delivery, working closely with local R&D, Product, Data, and Business teams to ensure successful execution. The position reports directly to the Head of Project Management in Europe, offering an international scope while remaining deeply connected to local operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies * Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet deadlines and deliverables * Utilize Jira for project tracking, task management, and reporting * Liaise with local R&D, Product, Data, and Business units to ensure smooth project delivery * Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and global stakeholders * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to management Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or a similar role * Strong knowledge of Scrum processes and Agile frameworks * Proficiency with Jira and other project management tools * Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a strong advantage What We Offer: * A chance to be part of a fast-growing company in Israel and LATAM * The opportunity to work on innovative IT projects with international impact * A collaborative and supportive work environment * A modern workplace in our new offices at Lyfe Towers, Bnei Brak
