As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll have the opportunity to drive our growth and contribute significantly to our success. What You'll Be Doing * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet high-volume hiring needs across multiple tech domains. * Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. * Search various channels to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines while understanding the hiring needs and position requirements. * Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams. * Recommend new ideas and strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from the initial reach out and along their interview process. Qualifications: * At least 3 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a Global Startup company. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Strong understanding of the full recruitment process and best practices in talent acquisition. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with people at all levels. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English * People and teamwork oriented, with the ability to share knowledge and insights with recruiters and hiring managers * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving towards recruitment goals and objectives. * Experience in working with Greenhouse
