Ra'anana | Full-time | On-site (no hybrid or remote options) Fast Corporation is seeking a Behavioral Insights Domain Specialist to join our team. This is a strategic partner role that will introduce a new layer of thinking by building a psychological framework to connect data, design, and user experience. The ideal candidate is an expert in cognitive and behavioral psychology within the fields of personalization and digital products. This role is not just about providing specific recommendations, but about adding depth to our understanding of human behavior beyond technical optimization. What You'll Be Doing Establish a psychological framework for A/B testing:
• Define theory-based hypotheses for product experiments, using principles from cognitive psychology, decision science, and neuropsychology.
• Formulate research questions related to cognitive biases, perception, emotions, user responses to different types of messages, and choice architecture.
• Guide product and UX teams on which variables to focus on, such as the emotional tone of a message, sense of control, cognitive load, and psychological anchors. Guide UX through a psychological lens:
• Identify a user's emotional and cognitive states throughout their journey and define "moments of influence" where tailored messages can be introduced.
• Develop principles for creating experiences that are adapted to the user's state, for example, a message designed for an anxious user versus a decisive one.
• Recommend interface designs that improve comprehension, memory, and calls to action based on brain mechanisms. Bring psychological depth to personalization engines:
• Translate user behavior patterns into psychological motivations, identifying what a user "subconsciously" desires (e.g., power, belonging, certainty, autonomy).
• Create "psychological personas" (not demographic) for different needs, combining behavioral metrics with applied psychology.
• Recommend personalization strategies based on what the user was experiencing when they took an action, not just what the user did. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
• Work with Product, UX, Data, and Data Science teams to turn psychological insights into measurable variables.
• Partner closely with analysts to draw conclusions beyond statistical significance and identify behavioral patterns with a theoretical explanation.
• Help set key performance indicators (KPIs) that are derived from psychological behavior, not just business metrics. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have
• A Master's or Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, or related fields.
• Practical experience in the fields of digital, product, UX, or user behavior analysis.
• A deep understanding of models related to decision-making, influence, emotions, incentives, and biases.
• The ability to translate complex theory into clear product recommendations.
• Bonus: Experience leading experiments like A/B testing or behavioral research in the private sector. Why Join Us?
• Be part of a fast-growing company with global scale and real impact.
• Work with a passionate, international team from our modern Ra’anana office.
• Enjoy professional growth, operational influence, and daily wins.
• Reasonable working hours (09:30–18:30) in a creative and collaborative environment.
