Civan Advanced Technologies, a global leader in innovative laser-based manufacturing solutions, is looking for a Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic procurement team in Jerusalem. If you’re passionate about technology, love negotiating with global suppliers, and excel at building strategic partnerships — this role is for you. What You’ll Do: * Lead strategic procurement of optical, mechanical, and electronic components * Manage global supplier relationships and drive cost-reduction initiatives * Own contract negotiations and long-term agreements * Analyse BOM costs to identify optimization opportunities * Work closely with engineering teams transitioning products from development to production * Manage suppliers base and outsourcing processes What We’re Looking For: * 5+ years of procurement experience in global high-tech/manufacturing companies * Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s
– advantage) * Knowledge of optics/electronics/mechanics component markets * Experience managing subcontractors (TURNKEY, outsourcing) * Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal abilities * Proficiency in Office and ERP systems (SAP
– advantage) * Strong English skills (written + spoken)
