For a leading manufacturing company working with major high-tech customers in the semiconductor and opto-mechanical components domains, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage strategic customer relationships end-to-end. Location: Yad Binyamin (near Gedera), Israel Key Responsibilities: * Strategic, long-term management of customer relationships in close collaboration with company leadership * Continuous improvement of customer service experience * End-to-end ownership of customer issues, from identification through full resolution * Identification of additional sales opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell * Management of customer product portfolios * Ownership of approved budgets, including commercial targets and financial tracking * Risk management across the supply chain and identification of alternative solutions * Close collaboration with internal departments (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics) to promote and deliver products to customers * Ongoing customer communication and interaction, tailored to each customer’s needs * Analysis of customer-related data and preparation of accurate reports and performance metrics * Matrix management across the entire supply chain Requirements: * B.Sc. / Practical Engineer / Academic degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or a relevant field – mandatory * Proven experience working with senior-level customers, as well as with project managers, procurement, and engineering teams on both the customer and internal sides – mandatory * At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company in the multidisciplinary assembly and/or semiconductor industry – mandatory * Proven negotiation experience – mandatory * Experience in product profitability analysis – mandatory * Experience reviewing pricing, costing, and preparing customer quotations – mandatory * Strong technological understanding and hands-on experience with supply chain processes – mandatory * Fluent Hebrew and English – mandatory * Experience working with ERP systems – mandatory * Ability to read and understand technical drawings – an advantage * Excellent interpersonal skills, strong cross-functional perspective, service-oriented mindset, high energy, and strong ambition Interested candidates are invited to apply via our Careers website.⬇ https://careers.topmatch.co.il/dagesh-fk/redmatch-apply/redmatch.apply.html?compPositionID=193263
