About The Role We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Signal Processing & Tracking Algorithms Developer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will take a key part in the full lifecycle of cutting-edge algorithmic development—from initial conceptual design and system-level definitions to hands-on integration and performance analysis. Job Description * Design, define, and develop algorithms based on system requirements. * Define requirements for software engineers. * Support system development: Algorithm integration and conducting system-level testing. * Analyze and research algorithm performance. * R&D of new capabilities and topics. * Write technical documentation, including algorithm design documents and test descriptions. * Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including System Engineering, Software, and the broader team. What We Are Looking For * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – Required. * M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – An advantage. * At least 2 years of experience in Tracking Algorithms development – Required. * Knowledge of Radar systems – An advantage
